A visit from Great Uncle Jim!

Great Uncle Jim came to visit from California.

It was so great he got to hang out with Harrison, Gracy and Jeffrey.

We had a fun day!

Daddy's first Half Marathon.

Matt ran his first Half Marathon on Sunday.

After running 10 full Marathons he thought a half would be fun.....

He did a great job and we had a fun day.

This is the start of the race, Matt is in a white hat with an orange shirt in the middle right of the photo.

Here he is coming into the finish, he runs to fast to get a photo anywhere on the course.

And here he is about to cross the finish line.....he came in 4th in his age group.

Daddy and Harrison after the race, I don't think he even broke a sweat.

Harrison had a lot of fun running around by the river after the race.

Fun with Cousin Katie

Unfortunately I didn't take many photos during Katie's visit...oooooops. But e had a lot of fun and LOVED having her round. We got up to a few things, we went to the pool, to a couple of parties, and to Target allot! Our most fun trip was a day trip to Cedar Point near Cleveland........

There were some VERY scary rides at Cedar Point...........

this being the scariest.......

It goes 122 miles an hour and vertical up, over then face down!

I am kind of glad I didn't ride it.

I managed to get a few photos of Katie and Matt on some rides. I couldn't ride as I am pregnant so I hung out with Harrison lots.

They are right at the front of both of these rides.

Where not to store food colouring.....

....anywhere near a one year old.

There was either a massacre at Mesquite Ct or Harrison got into red and green food colouring.

PS. Theodore the fish died this morning, he is now floating in the sewer system of Ohio. R.I.P Theodore.

is Fish.

My Lack of Blogs............

Is down to my lack of energy. Do you remember how those first 3 months are when your pregnant? Not fun! I've been feeling really sick, morning sickness is stupid name when its all day. But I m feeling soooo much better now, so that's great.

I m hoping this means I have the energy to post something about Harrison's wonderful life!

Oh and we have a visitor too, my niece Katie is here for a little over two weeks, and its so much fun having her here!

So the answer was 3. Yes this is NOT Harrison but a new baby Blake due in March 2010. We are almost 9 weeks pregnant and as suprised as you are.

I won't mention who won the sissy award, but some people took a little while to catch on :-)

More Words.

Harrison's new favorite word is "hand"

He has realized, finally, there is a plus side to holding mummy or daddy's hand. He will come over, hold out his hand, say "hand" and then lead you to whatever it is he wants help with. Its very cute! The thing is he normally wants help scaling his latest mountain :-)

Or climbing the stairs.

He also says cat now, signs Potty, wash and says Yes with a lisp!

I'm sure theres more Mashed Potato in here somewhere......
